Lendrick's staff and volunteers are committed to supporting your own unique journey. A mixture of long and short term staff and volunteers with a wide variety of skills add to the magic of Lendrick Lodge.

Stephen Mulhearn	The centre's director is Stephen Mulhearn, SUNDOOR Master Trainer and founder of Giant Steps, and his partner and soul mate Victoria Mulhearn, Traditional Reiki Master/Teacher and qualified Physiotherapist, and SUNDOOR Master. In addition to being a SUNDOOR Master Trainer, Stephen has been Initiated and given the right to teach by both Native American and Peruvian medicine people, weaving his love for Celtic Shamanism within his teachings to create a truly unique tapestry of transformation. His gifts of humour, knowledge and a contagious passion for life create courses that truly support people to turn their dreams into reality. Stephen with his wife Victoria manages the direction of Lendrick Lodge.
Victoria Mulhearn	Victoria Mulhearn has spent four and a half years training with her Reiki Master, Margaret Underwood, and as a mother and teacher flows the energy of Reiki through every area of her life. Her open heart and loving nature hold people in a nurturing space within which true transformation takes place. Victoria’s background from the medical and caring field add a professional touch to the therapies and services on offer at Lendrick Lodge. Victoria manages the River Retreat’s Holistic Clinic and also the direction of Lendrick Lodge with her husband Stephen.
Adrian Rennie	Adrian Rennie is the craftsman behind the inner-workings of Lendrick Lodge. His skills of streamlining and organising create an energy of positive success in the office and in the planning of Lendrick's future adventures.
Susi Kunze	As the Centre Coordinator Susi ensures the smooth running of Lendrick Lodge, creating a beautiful space for both teachers and students alike. Susi’s amazing skills as a masseur provide an opportunity for you to be relaxed and nurtured during your stay. Susi Kunze is an integral part of the blossoming vision of Lendrick.
Barry Jenkins	Barry Jenkins is responsible for creating scrumptious meals and tastes to warm the soul. His hearty energy is a gift to both volunteers helping in the kitchen and visitors alike. His green fingers give the grounds of Lendrick a natural massage.
Alison Bell	Enjoy the infectious laughter and loving hugs of Lendrick’s staff member of 19 years, Alison Bell. Alison cooks up a beautiful environment for all the volunteers in the kitchen. Alison is an invaluable team member who ensures there is comfort and a warm welcome to all guests at Lendrick Lodge.
