Healing Power of Yoga with Ruth White Open the door to The Healing Power of Yoga

This is an invitation to look at ourselves again and meet our ever changing needs – there is nothing you will be asked to do that you cannot do. All Ruth asks is that you come with an open mind, so that we can work open heartedly, expanding our horizons.

You are safe and held within the class of Ruth White.  She has had 40 years experience teaching and now trains teachers. All yoga is remedial and Ruth has personal experience, as she was rescued by the now famous yoga master BKS Iyengar. In her teens she had chronic back problems and was due to go into hospital. Luckily, Iyengar showed her how to be free of pain and strengthen her back. She was so inspired by his teaching she followed him to India and trained as a teacher.

She now runs the Karuna Yoga Centre in the Cotswolds as well as teaching on retreats in Europe, Australia, Japan, North America and Mexico. She has taught at Lendrick for over a decade and finds the centre and beautiful surrounding land to be a perfect environment to expand with the healing power of yoga.

Teachers and Trainee teachers are invited to learn more about remedial yoga techniques and to come half an hour before the practical sessions.
