Tom Yeudall Yoga and Qi Gong Course A Heart Filled Weekend of Yoga and Qi Gong

In this weekend retreat Tom delves into his treasure trove of knowledge and experience and creates a progressive movement towards the whole course. Many teachers and students find these weekends to be an excellent way to nourish their own practice and gather fresh gifts to share with others. During the yoga classes Tom’s combination of advancement within the asana sequences studied and the freeing of energy brought about with the Qi Gong classes make for a rejuvenating retreat.

Eighteen years ago Tom and his wife Irene (qualified Iyengar teacher since 1984) became enthralled by the powerful effects of Qi Gong and Tai Chi on the body as a whole and were compelled to entwine these complimentary paths with their yoga teachings. Tom’s yoga style is a direct result of his own fine-tuning by B K S Iyengar. He has practised yoga since the early 1960’s and has been teaching since 1971 under the wing of The British Wheel. He qualified as an Iyengar tutor in 1979. In 1981 he spent time with B K S Iyengar in Pune, India, and has shared that style, precision and deep understanding of Yoga ever since.

In 1981 Tom was given permission to train teachers as a senior teacher in the West of Scotland and has inspired many teachers since. His dedication and life long commitment has given many others a blueprint for success as yoga teachers.
