This part of us feels our emotions, is playful, intuitive and creative through writing, painting, drawing, play and dance. Inner Strength ~ Inner Wisdom is a newly created course building on Carol Williams’s years of experience as a Shamanic practitioner and workshop facilitator.

Enjoy freeing your creativity in new diverse ways that will positively surprise and inspire you. The intention of this journey is to not only awaken the inner child but also to empower them to merge and co-create with the adult aspect of you.

Walking the Medicine
An integral part of Carol’s work is sharing rituals of connection with the elements and the land. Be ready to re-discover your unique connection with nature and her unlimited power and love. The land of and surrounding Lendrick Lodge is the perfect environment to explore and deepen your spiritual quest. In the classic Shamanic path most, if not all, of the ‘work’ was done in nature.

Combining the Best of Modern and Ancient Techniques
Within this four day exploration Carol weaves seamlessly energy and breathwork, dance, Shamanic journeying, creative art therapy, Native American sweatlodge, angel work, visualisation and games to help integrate and process your shifts and changes.

Experiences on the Journey
You will re-connect with your inner child and begin a harmonious process of allowing both adult and child to work together. Play and dare together, giving each other loving support and a voice to be heard. Your inner child holds answers only you will understand and access. This journey will help you to heal the real you and allow you to grow, unleashing the strengths within. Carol holds a profound, loving space within which you will access the ancient inner wisdom that sleeps within.

Carol Williams has walked a spiritual path for many years, gathering great resources, rituals, teaching stories and gems to share. Over the years she has studied and worked with the diversity of behaviours that we all experience. Her knowledge and loving energy enables participants on her courses to make substantial shifts that continue to move long-term.

Her own personal work with her inner child has been a path joy and pain. Carol never shies away from doing her own personal work, and her honesty in sharing her own trials and suffering inspires others to embrace their truth. Forgiveness and resolution are a key to her work, within a tender space people let go of the painful aspects of their past and lightly move forward into the radiance of the future they dream of.

Carol is a Sundoor Instructor who has been chosen to train as a Master under Peggy Dylan. She is also a Soul Retrieval practitioner, trained and supported by Stephen Mulhearn. Her interpersonal skills have been fine tuned over the years through the variety of courses that she has studied and matured with.
